But it’s definitely going to be a GOOD MONDAY, my amazing Bs, because I have a new workout for us today (and every Monday for the foreseeable future)!

I know some of you are new to working out at home, and I want to do my part to help you out here.  So I’ll be uploading TWO workout videos a week (on Mondays and Thursdays) to help you get fit and meet your healthy goals while staying home.

And today, we’re going for a POWER WALK! This great low impact cardio workout is designed especially for women over 50 who want to get fit and improve their stamina and endurance without leaving the house.

Here are the FAST FACTS: ALL Levels | ALL standing, NO jumping, NO equipment | BURN 175 – 225 calories

On-screen, I’ll be demonstrating today’s workout as a PUSH day for body-shaping results, but – depending on your fitness goal – that might not be appropriate for you. This routine is super modifiable and easy to moderate, with plenty of verbal cues to help you get what you want from the work.

Interval timer is set for 40 seconds and 20 seconds; the first round is 40 seconds of walking and 20 seconds of the low impact cardio exercises listed below; the second round is 40 seconds of the cardio exercises and 20 seconds of walking, jogging or running (your choice); there is NO REST
