For us women of a “certain age,” moderate routines (just like this one!), can be part of getting our goal at this age — whether it’s WEIGHT LOSS⚖, a clearer mind🧠, better sleep💤, or just about anything else we face in this midlife journey🛫!.

Timer is set for intervals of 30 seconds; alternate between walking and another low impact exercise; repeat each walking/exercise duo twice before moving on; there is NO REST.
