SET UP:
Timer is set for intervals of 40 seconds; complete each pair of exercises twice before moving on to the next pair; there is NO REST.

WARM UP

EXERCISES:
Curtsy Press Ups + Deadlift Front Raise
Stepback Flies + Squats
Triangles + Swinging Knees to Elbows
Side Step Peek-a-Boos + Bent Over Row with Kickback
High Knee High Curls + Squatted Crunches
Overhead to High Knees + X Marks the Spot
Pulldown Crunches + Twisting High Knees

FINISHER:
Alternating Reverse Lunge into a Drinky Bird
