Learn to Change Your Mindset with Pahla B Fitness' Mindset Masterclass

My friend, here’s *the thing* that I hope you’ll take away from our work together this week: managing your mindset is not something that comes easily or naturally to anybody (seriously, nobody’s born with this!), but it is absolutely a SKILL that you can learn through practice.

And that’s great news! Because it means you’re not “behind,” nor is there any sort of talent you need to possess. It’s just a matter of learning to change your mindset by understanding the tools and putting them to use.

Think of yourself as a Mindset Detective 🕵️‍♀️ , and this week’s masterclass as your first five lessons in dusting for fingerprints.

Okay! So, here’s where we’re going to start: with your GOAL. Think of something that you want that you don’t already have. This does not have to be your biggest, wildest, most cherished dream, and we’re not trying to lock you in to committing to working on this goal. We’re simply exploring your THOUGHTS about something that you desire to have or create in your life.

You’ll want to have a notebook or a computer document or a couple of scraps of paper to work with, and about 10-15 minutes a day to watch the short videos and practice with that day’s activity.

STEP ONE: Watch this quick video (it’s 3 minutes long) about FACTS versus THOUGHTS (if you can’t see the video below, you can watch it here. )

STEP TWO: Grab your paper and a pen (or your computer and keyboard) and answer these questions.

  • What are the FACTS of my goal right now?
  • What are my THOUGHTS about my goal?

And that’s it for today! Keep it simple, my friends, and don’t allow yourself to feel overwhelmed by this process. We’re going to take it one step at a time so you can see for yourself how absolutely DOABLE it is to manage your mindset.
