It’s the first Mini Challenge of MARCH, y’all!

The month of March holds the promise of better things coming – warmer days (not yet, but soon, right?), fewer layers of clothes, and gloriously relaxing summer vacations.

And in that way, the Mini Challenge is a lot like March. The things you’re doing RIGHT NOW hold the promise of better things coming, too.

Your workout today makes next month’s workouts easier. The habits you’re building today make next year better.

I know sometimes when you’re in the middle of a tough workout or shoveling endless snow that it’s hard to remember, but awesome things are on their way for you.

Oh! And speaking of awesome things: March also has a new feature around here, the Friday 5-Minute FIX. These are fast workouts that fix a little something. Check out this week’s upper body toning video here.
