Looking for a TOTAL BODY low impact WEIGHT LOSS workout?  You’ve found it!  We’re doing CARDIO at a moderate pace and STRENGTH TRAINING with moderate weights.

MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) workouts are just the right mix of tough but doable. We’re working in long, generous intervals with absolutely NO jumping and NO transitions to the ground, but burning plenty of calories and building beautiful muscle tone.

In just under 30 minutes, we’re getting a full workout’s worth of cardiovascular training and total body toning. By alternating exercises, we’re keeping our heart rate at the optimal level for weight loss, while also maximizing our workout efficiency.

And of course, it’s Thorough Thursday, so both the warm up and cool down are included.

SET UP:
The timer is set for alternating intervals – 40 seconds of CARDIO and 1:20 of STRENGTH; there is NO REST between exercises
