It wasn’t too long ago (just about a year, actually…) that I didn’t even know what a mini trampoline was. Can you imagine?? But it quickly became a go-to piece of equipment in my fitness arsenal, because it’s not just good for you, it’s FUN.
If you don’t have a mini trampoline, don’t let that stop you from enjoying this workout. You can get a great sweat and still have some fun with a couch cushion, or on flat, level ground!
