Happy Mini Challenge Sunday, Killer Bs!

It happens to all of us. In a burst of crazy confidence, we set ourselves a lofty goal. Something our heart truly desires, but is maybe currently just a little out of reach.

And then, moments or months later, we start to doubt. What if I’m not good enough? What if I can’t do it?

My friend, if there’s anything I know in the world, it’s this:

OF COURSE YOU CAN.

All smiles after a rough day, because ultramarathon number three (in four weeks) is FINISHED.

If you want something, you are already capable of achieving it. The only thing you have to do is plan your next steps and follow through.

But that thing? That goal? It’s as good as yours.

Of course you can.
