Killer Bs, I’m BUSY this weekend! Yesterday, I spent the day spectating and crewing for my husband while he ran a spectacular 50-mile race and today I’ll be cheering for my oldest son while he runs his first half marathon, then taking my youngest son clothes shopping to prep for his first real job.
And the rest of the month? I’m hosting an Easter get-together, I have jury duty (!!), I’m traveling, and I’m deep in the preparation phase of launching something so exciting(that I’ll be able to tell you about… soon!) that it’s keeping me awake at night.
I mean, it’s all good stuff, but I’ve noticed that the busier I get, the more my workouts slip down the priority list.
But have no fear – it’s the Mini Challenge to the rescue!
When you don’t have to take the time to decide, and there’s always a short ‘n sweaty option? Boom! Your workout gets done.
Even when you’re busy.
