How do you know when it’s time to change your fitness routine? There are a couple of tell-tale signs:
You’re not getting the results you’re aiming for
You can’t seem to get motivated to workout
You’re getting injured frequently
Everything feels too easy (or too hard)
Killer Bs, one of the biggest reasons I offer three different levels of workouts on each week’s Mini Challenge is so you can CHANGE YOUR ROUTINE.
Some days you might have the time and inclination to do longer, tougher workouts. Some days you might want to try a workout that’s completely new and different. And some days (or weeks!) you just need to lay low and take on fewer challenges.
There are plenty of benefits, both mental and physical, to be had from changing your exercise routine. So, here’s my challenge to you this week: try something new! (And, of course, tell me about it! Tag me on social @pahlabfitness or leave a comment on the new-to-you video.)
