Choices | Mini Challenge 22

Sometimes, when we’re feeling stuck or wondering why it’s taking soooooooooo long to get to our goals, it’s easy to forget that everything we do and think and feel is a CHOICE.

You can feel patient or impatient. It’s your choice.

You can think kind thoughts about yourself or hurtful ones. It’s your choice.

You can get your workout done now or put it off til later. It’s your choice.

I am definitely not suggesting that every choice we make is an easy one! Especially when there are so many great workouts to choose from every week on the Mini Challenge. 😅

True story… I struggled mightily with this week’s workout choices, and I finally asked myself why.

It was perfectionism, slowing me down and making me second-guess myself.

What if nobody likes this workout? Is this really the best combination? What if they don’t get the results they’re looking for?

And then I remembered that I have a CHOICE in how I feel, how I think and how I act. So I chose to put those thoughts aside and get. it. done.

Because most of the time, DONE is the best choice of all!
