Routine | Mini Challenge 24

Killer B, do you have a fitness routine that you enjoy? And I mean this in any sense of the phrase:

Do you have a favorite workout? A beloved pre-workout ritual? Is there a flow to your week of workouts that makes you feel amazing? What is it about your routine that you enjoy?

These are real questions, and I would love to hear your answers – leave a comment!

I think you know that I’m a fan of routine. I mean, the Thorough Thursday workouts all start with the same warm up and finish with a similar cool down!

But I like to shake things up, too. Each week with the Mini Challenge I try to find new-to-you older workouts, and I think you’re really going to have some fun with these!
