They’re finally here! The long, hot days of SUMMER have arrived, and now… you can let your workout routine slide?

But I’ve been in this business long enough (over 7 years now!) to know that in spite of your good intentions, there’s just something about warm days and sunshine that can throw you off your workout game.

Maybe it’s vacation time, or your kids are out of school and sleeping in, or you’ve just gotten bored of your winter routine.
