While we’re celebrating FREEDOM this week, I’ve got some freedom for you in the form of planning your workouts ahead of time – the Mini Challenge!

No need to spend time each day finding the perfect routine when they’ve already been found for you. The Mini Challenge is a perfect mix of cardio, strength, mental toughness, core work and FUN.
