Sometimes, making choices is tough. Like when you go to your favorite restaurant, and you know that everything on the menu is going to be amazing.

Or you go to YouTube and your favorite trainer has over 700 workouts. 😅

It can be easy to get overwhelmed, or spend too long browsing, or worry that you’re picking the wrong thing.

So here’s where the Mini Challenge can really help you out: the choices have already been made!

Every week, I put together the perfect combination of cardio, strength, core training, balance work, something a teeny bit outside your comfort zone, an old favorite, and a “wildcard.” (Seriously, there’s almost always a video that I think to myself, “Oh, they don’t know what they’re in for with this one…”)

And that makes your choice really simple: click the workouts, follow along, get consistent and meet your fitness goals. BOOM. 👍
