Well, Killer Bs, we’ve reached that part of summer where there’s no denying it anymore… it’s HOT. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years as a fitness trainer, it’s this: motivation melts in the heat. 😅

You don’t actually have to be motivated to stay on top of your fitness goals, you just have to plan ahead.

When you already know what you’re doing tomorrow (and the next day and the next) for your workout, there’s no need to rely on that fickle cool-weather friend “motivation.”
