The other day on my Facebook page, a Killer B asked my opinion about a Burpees and Planks 30 day challenge. She wanted to know if I thought it was a good idea and what sort of results she might get from it.
I gave her my honest opinion and laid out some pros and cons for her to decide for herself whether or not the challenge was “good.”
Because challenges are like beauty – it’s all relative to the eye of the beholder.
For one person, 30 days might feel like an overwhelming commitment and for another, it might seem like too short of a time to get results. If you like burpees, it might sound like fun, but if you don’t, it could be a hard pass.
There are lots of factors that decide what’s a good challenge for YOU.
