Listen. I know you want to do the best workouts and get the best performance and have the best results.

And sometimes, that means that you spend your time Pinning exercise routines, or asking questions in forums, or researching new methods.

But here’s the thing.

The best workout? Is the workout that gets DONE.

There’s absolutely a time and a place for Pinning, asking and researching. But not when it gets in the way of doing the actual work!
