Do you get frustrated with your workouts, because you think you “should be” better or faster or farther along?

I don’t know why I asked that like a question. We all feel that way sometimes!

But I was thinking about this today: Olympic athletes – the best in the world at their sports! – still practice almost every day.

Even when you are the best you’re ever going to be, you’re still going to need to practice.

So, why not enjoy and appreciate where you are right now?

You’re practicing.
