In my line of work, I get asked my opinion a LOT, and can I be honest with you (I’m going to be)?
I love it.
Maybe that’s a youngest child thing. Like, “OMG, you actually care what I think?” But also, I love to share my opinion with you about all things fitness-related because my philosophy is pretty simple:
Do what makes you happy.
“Pahla, what’s the BEST workout?”
The one that makes you happy.
“How can I lose weight?”
Eat foods that make you happy in portions that work for your goal.
“I feel like I should do yoga, but I don’t enjoy it, what should I do?”
Don’t do yoga if it doesn’t make you happy. (But do it if it does.)
You know what makes ME happy?
Seriously! I know that sounds funny, but I love waking up knowing that I’ve already written my to-do list. I love when dinner time rolls around because I (okay, the kids) chose our meals on Saturday morning.
And I love Sundays, because YOUR week of workouts is prepared for YOU.
