By now, you probably think that I’m some sort of “natural” planner. You know, one of those people who’s super organized and always knows how to get from Point A to Point B.
But nothing could be further from the truth!
For me? Planning is the hard part.
When we go on vacation, I stall and procrastinate packing. I usually don’t even know which hotel we’re staying in or which airline we’re flying until the day we leave. Thank goodness for my husband, who is a planner!
So, why am I always going on about how it’s so great to plan your workouts?
Because actually doing them is easy once they’re planned.
After we’d gone on one too many vacations where somebody (me) needed to find a local Walmart to buy underwear, pajamas or toothpaste, my saint of a husband finally started making me a packing list.
And let me tell you, I’m a BOSS at following that list and being completely prepared.
After he did the hard part for me.
