Ummm. It’s December. And I have no idea how that snuck up on me, but it totally did!

Thank goodness I plan ahead.

Not because I’m ready for the holidays (I’m not!), but I know exactly what’s coming this month in terms of filming workouts (I’ve got three sweaty ones for us!), prepping for a sale on workout programs (more about that in a few weeks!), recording podcasts (all new episodes, and now they’re available on Sundays!) and other fitness-related matters.

So, work-wise? I can actually relax a little. It’s all on the calendar, and that means it’ll get done.

Just like the Mini Challenge!

This is the magic of planning ahead: when your workout is already on the calendar, it’ll definitely get done. And this Mini Challenge calendar is particularly easy, because you only have to click and sweat.
