It’s the first week of October already, Killer Bs!  And what a great week it’s going to be!  This week is the start of the #PahlaBMiniChallenge series – every week, I’ll publish a new, FREE 5-day Mini Challenge for you to download and follow along.  We’ll get fit and stay motivated one Mini Challenge at a time!  🙂

Coming up this week, on Monday we have a terrific, all new MINI TRAMPOLINE + DUMBBELL workout, perfect for full body toning and weight loss.  Set your own challenge on the weights, this one gets SWEATY!

Tuesday is another all new video, the inaugural episode of the Let’s RUN with Pahla B Fitness PODCAST.  – Holla!-  You can follow along with the at-home video on YouTube or download the audio only version from iTunes or Soundcloud to take with you outside (both versions are completely free and easy to use).

Wednesday is one of my favorites, a 40-minute LOW IMPACT cardio HIIT workout that really sneaks up on you.

On Thursday, I’ve built you a #HOT100 stack – when you click the link on the Mini Challenge, it’ll take you to a PLAYLIST, rather than a single video – including a lovely warm up, some WEIGHTED CARDIO, my favorite YOGA party, and the mean mean mean plank finisher.

Then we’re capping off the first week with a luxuriously SWEATY five mile WALK.  Seriously, could it get any better than this?
