On MONDAY, we’re starting the week with a short (ten minutes!) but mighty ABS + OBLIQUES workout designed to sculpt and tone your midsection. No equipment needed and no getting up off the ground – yay!
TUESDAY’S new one mile WALK + RUN podcast touches on a topic y’all ask me for all. the. time. Yes, we’re talking about how you don’t have to eat healthy foods to lose weight!
WEDNESDAY is another short, sweet and SWEATY routine – an all cardio PLYO + AGILITY athletic stepper workout plus a very thorough warm up.
On THURSDAY, we’re getting sweaty again (I know. Shocker!) with a fast and FUN all cardio HIIT workout that needs no equipment. Except maybe a sweat towel. 🙂
And FRIDAY, we’re finishing up this week with an all-time favorite of mine that you will either love or hate: a STABILITY BALL TONING workout that moves along at a gentle pace for some tough exercises!
