Here we are, cruising into the third week of January already, Killer Bs, and I’ve got a fabulous new Mini Challenge for you! No matter your fitness level, there’s a workout routine that’s perfect for YOU. And if you’re “in between” fitness levels? Grab BOTH of the Mini Challenges and choose the workout that suits your needs each day. Advanced exercisers sometimes need a break, and new Bs occasionally feel like tackling a toughie. You need never pigeon-hole yourself into one category with me, my friend.

This week’s LEVEL ONE/TWO Mini Challenge:
On MONDAY, I’ve done something a little different. There’s a new FUN cardio HIIT workout available, but honestly? It’s more like Level THREE. So, I’ve chosen a kinder, gentler workout for you with a quick warm up and a terrific STANDING ABS routine. You’re welcome to do either one!
TUESDAY’S new WALK + RUN podcast opens a conversation about a topic we’ve never discussed before: What if you DON’T have a GOAL? I have some simple (but maybe not easy) advice for you. Oh, and of course we’re going for a nice brisk walk with manageable running intervals, too! 🙂
WEDNESDAY, we’ve got a nice quick one – all standing, no equipment CARDIO + STRENGTH in a fun ladder style.
On THURSDAY, we’re busting out the DUMBBELLS for a full body strength session, following a very thorough low impact cardio warm up.
And FRIDAY, we’re finishing out the week with the same green shirt 🙂 and a SEATED CARDIO + BODYWEIGHT TONING workout that takes just 15 minutes.
LEVEL THREE+ Mini Challenge:
MONDAY gets the week off to a sweaty start with this FUN cardio HIIT that needs no equipment and takes just 20 minutes.
TUESDAY’S new WALK + RUN podcast about GOALS (or lack thereof) is paired with a quick full body toning workout.
On WEDNESDAY, we’ve got a super sweaty STRENGTH workout that will build the kind of long, lean muscles that burn fat all day long.
Speaking of burning fat, THURSDAY’S 10-20-30 CARDIO CORE routine is an ABSolute killer (see what I did there?).
And on FRIDAY, I hope you’re ready for a sweaty stack of HOT100 workouts, including some cardio toning, pilates, and a bunch of burpees!
