It’s only 10 minutes | #PahlaBMiniChallenge Week FORTY-SEVEN, November 26 – 30

Killer Bs, we’ve done it!  We’ve made it to the end of November, the time of year when life gets crazy!

That doesn’t sound like great news, does it?  Well, then here’s some news that is:  our workouts for this week’s Mini Challenge are all nice and short, averaging just ten minutes!  Because even when you’re super busy, you can squeeze in a quick workout.

Ahhhh, but of course there’s a flip side to that coin, and it’s that these workouts are actually really tough.  😅  It might be “mini,” but it’s still a challenge!  This week, you are likely to find yourself repeating the mantra, “It’s only ten minutes, I can do anything for ten minutes…”

Because you totally can.

On MONDAY, we’re starting the week with a super sweaty 10 MINUTE CARDIO HIIT workout that includes a thorough warm up.  The intervals are short, but the exercises are tough and we’re giving it maximum effort to get the most out of a quick routine.

TUESDAY’S all-new Let’s RUN podcast is all about HOW TO GET WHAT YOU WANT, regarding your weight loss, running and fitness goals.  This walking and running workout has one minute intervals that you can use however suits you best.

WEDNESDAY’S workout is all mat work, making it a brutal FULL BODY TONE UP in just ten minutes.  There’s a suggested stacker at the end of the video, but don’t add it on if you don’t have the time – this routine is plenty of work on its own!

On THURSDAY, we’re grabbing our kettlebell (or dumbbell – it works just as well!) for a quick and sweaty KETTLEBELL CARDIO + STRENGTH workout.  We’re going EMOM style, which means Every Minute On the Minute – a fun, fast-moving protocol that’ll keep you sweating the whole time.

And FRIDAY, you know we’re finishing off the week with a finisher of a workout!  Do I ever let you off the hook on Fridays? 😅 This week, it’s all ABS + CORE STRENGTH with another floor workout that’ll have you ready to hit the weekend!
