When the dog bites, when the (killer!) bee stings… Killer Bs, this week’s Mini Challenge includes a few of my favorite things!
And by that, of course I mean really, really tough and very short workouts.
I know you’re busy, I know it’s cold and I know that you still want to squeeze in a great sweat to keep your mood jolly, so our Mini Challenge workouts are all 15 minutes or less. But don’t let the runtimes fool you, these videos pack one heckuva punch!

On MONDAY, we’re starting the week with a sweaty KETTLEBELL CARDIO + STRENGTH HIIT that gets it all done in just ten quick minutes. If you’re enjoying the kettlebell party, I’ve added another fast kettlebell SUGGESTED STACKER on the end of the video.
TUESDAY’S fast and fun WALKING, JOGGING + RUNNING workout is a non-stop (but very modifiable!) sweatfest! A mix of long and short intervals keeps this workout moving quickly, and if you’re up for more, there’s a SUGGESTED STACKER, too.
WEDNESDAY’S workout is one that I’ve lovingly called THE KITCHEN SINK, because it has a little bit of EVERYTHING! This is tough bodyweight cardio, strength and abs in a 15 minute package (with a SUGGESTED STACKER if you’d like more).
On THURSDAY, we’re grabbing our dumbbells for FULL BODY CARDIO + STRENGTH that I’ve called Level THREE, but it should probably be FOUR. This little toughie is plenty of work by itself, but of course I’ve got a SUGGESTED STACKER in case you’ve got the time and energy.
And FRIDAY. Ahhhhh, Friday. Do you know how much I enjoy picking the Friday workouts each week? It’s my favorite part of the Mini Challenge – like adding a finisher onto the end of a great workout. So, yes. This workout is a FINISHER of super tough PLANKS + BRIDGES. Enjoy, my lovely Bs! (And enjoy the SUGGESTED STACKER if you’re the kind of B who likes two finishers!)
