Well, Killer Bs, it’s that time of year, when I feel sentimental about the Christmas-themed challenges of days gone by. So this week’s Mini Challenge is hopping in the way-back machine and heading to 2015, when we did The 12 Days of HIITmas!
As the title implies, these are HIIT workouts, and of course they’re quick and sweaty – perfect for a busy time of year. (Though if you have the inclination, I’ve included suggested stackers for every workout!)

On MONDAY, we’re starting the week with a quick and brutal BODYWEIGHT CARDIO + STRENGTH HIIT. The only equipment you’ll need is a sweat towel, because woo doggies this one’s sweaty! If you have the time and energy, there’s a SUGGESTED STACKER that’ll round things out.
TUESDAY’S INDOOR WALK or RUN is a quick little jaunt that’s interspersed with bodyweight mobility exercises for a fast-paced and fun non-stop workout. The SUGGESTED STACKER is another quick indoor run where we’re working on increasing the pace. Both are completely modifiable to walking if you’d prefer!
WEDNESDAY’S workout is FULL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING with moderate intervals and a high volume of work, perfect for working on toning and muscle endurance. The SUGGESTED STACKER is more great muscle-building sweat.
And FRIDAY, you know we’re finishing off the week with a finisher of a workout! This PAPER PLATE (SLIDER) HIIT will challenge your balance, your core, and your heart and lungs! And, yes, the SUGGESTED STACKER is a slider workout, too!
