Killer Bs, I don’t know exactly how it happened, but it’s apparently almost the end of the year! Which means that this is the last Mini Challenge for 2018 (because technically, next week is the beginning of 2019). Wowzers!

Also? This is the end of the Mini Challenges as we have known and loved them for the last 14 months!

Wait… what?

I know I just recently promised you that the Mini Challenges are going to continue well into the foreseeable future, and I meant it! But I certainly didn’t promise you that they wouldn’t change. 🙂

My friends, the Mini Challenge is getting an EPIC update for the new year, and I know for sure you’re going to love it.

But you’re also going to have to wait until next week to see what I’m talking about. (Such a tease! Do you have any guesses?)

In the meantime, this week’s Mini Challenge is a very mixed bag of short, (mostly) equipment-free workouts, meant to help my Bs who celebrate Christmas stay on track with exercise, even while traveling or hosting guests or (hopefully) relaxing at home for the holiday.

This week's Mini Challenge is a very mixed bag of short, (mostly) equipment-free workouts, meant to help my Bs who celebrate Christmas stay on track with exercise, even while traveling or hosting guests or (hopefully) relaxing at home for the holiday.

On MONDAY, we’re starting the week with a quick little CARDIO BARRE workout that’s perfect for a busy day of travel or last-minute shopping. If you have the time, you can pair it with the SUGGESTED STACKER, another ten minute bodyweight cardio routine.

TUESDAY’S 15-minute WALK + RUN WORKOUT is a confidence-builder, with one-minute intervals and a friendly conversation about how you are doing a great job, no matter how much or how little you modify your workouts.

WEDNESDAY’S workout is a surprisingly friendly all floor CORE STRENGTHENING routine that might have you re-thinking your dislike of floor work.

On THURSDAY, we’re back to business with a 30-minute KETTLEBELL SHRED that’s a tough-and-gets-tougher combo of cardio and strength. This progressive workout includes a warm up and some great information about fat loss and functional fitness.

And FRIDAY, we’re finishing up the week with… you guessed it! A FINISHER OF A WORKOUT. This is an all-time favorite of mine that I used to make my boot campers do back in the day, called 21 Things 21 Times, because… well, you know.
