Lucky YOU, Killer B! It’s Week SEVEN of the Mini Challenge Series! And a quick note about that… Yes, this is a series, and yes, I’m programming the workouts to be done more or less in a row, but you can absolutely start wherever and whenever! The point of the Mini Challenges is consistency, which is waaaaaaaaaaay more important to your health and fitness than a single particular workout or the order of your workouts.

On MONDAY, we’re jumping into the week WITHOUT JUMPING! This awesome low impact cardio ladder workout packs a surprising punch for such a quick (just 25 minutes!) workout.
TUESDAY has us working on our RUNNING SPEED with very tough speedwork intervals, designed to help you rev up your metabolism and run faster. Not at an advanced running level yet? No worries! Walk or run at your own speed and enjoy the conversation. 🙂
WEDNESDAY’S playlist is all about those ABS, with a very challenging 100-rep weighted workout. Grab your sweat towel and something heavy to join the fun!
On THURSDAY, we’re bouncing toward the end of the week with a fabulous FULL BODY workout on the mini trampoline! No trampoline, no problem – you can do this routine on flat, level ground, too (and, in fact, I think it’s even tougher)!
We’re finishing things up with FRIDAY’S super fun (and, yes, sweaty) HOT 100 playlist, including a walk with weights, a total body tone up, and a fast-paced low impact cardio workout. Plus warm up and finisher, of course.
