#PahlaBMiniChallenge Week EIGHT, November 20 – 24

Whoop whoop!  Or should I say, “Gobble gobble”?  Just in time for (American) Thanksgiving, we’ve got ourselves another CUTBACK WEEK!  But, oh, my dear Killer B, don’t you go thinking that this week’s Mini Challenge is going to be easy!  There’s more than one way to carve a turkey… or cut back your workouts.  🙂

Maybe you already noticed how we’re cutting back this week… these are all QUICK workouts, clocking in at no longer than 20 minutes per day.  Don’t be fooled by that, and definitely don’t think you have to do more.  These are TOUGH, intense workouts that make the most of your time during what is likely to be a busy (and maybe stressful) week.  I promise you, like I do every cutback week, this is enough. 

YOU are enough.

MONDAY, we are sweating it up with our feet never leaving the ground with a LOW IMPACT Cardio Abs HIIT.

TUESDAY’S 20 minute WALK + RUN podcast has us pondering the idea of getting in the best shape of your life.  You might be surprised at what I have to say on this topic.

On WEDNESDAY, I’ve put together a brutal HOT 100 playlist with one of my favorite BOOT CAMP workouts (plus warm up and finisher, of course!)

For THANKSGIVING THURSDAY, we’re opening our HEARTS to gratitude, to new beginnings, and to letting go with an energizing yoga flow.  A very apropos workout, doncha think?  However… If Thanksgiving at your house isn’t super conducive to heart-opening yoga, you might be interested in The ANGRY Workout – guaranteed to blow off some steam and get rid of frustration!  Either way, Killer B, I’m very, very thankful for YOU!

On FRIDAY, we’re wrapping up a short, intense week with a short, intense workout!  You’ll need either a KETTLEBELL or a DUMBBELL, but this isn’t strength work – it’s all HIGH heart-rate, high intensity, non-stop cardio!
