Hey Killer Bs, it’s Pahla B, and welcome to MINDSET MATTERS, a series of phrases to help you change your mindset while you’re changing your body.

And this week is probably my favorite one of all: I can do hard things.

My friends, at this point in your fitness or weight loss journey, you have definitely come up against some obstacles. You have definitely met with a rough day, a rough week, a rough time. Something that you didn’t think you could overcome.

And you did anyways!

This is a phrase that you can carry with you forever. In all sorts of situations. Things that have nothing to do with your fitness or weight loss journey.

You can do hard things.

And when you realize that? It really helps you with that self esteem, that self love.

You know, I know we don’t like to brag about, “well, yeah, I totally did that hard thing and I won…” But I want you to say it to yourself. You don’t have to tell other people that you can do hard things, but I want you to know it. Deep inside of you.

You can do hard things.
