THIS IS WHAT I WANT.
My friends, this is a big one! I know that you have goals. Obviously. We talk about goals all the time. But I also know that sometimes, your goals… they kind of start to fall by the wayside when we get stuck in the daily tasks.
Of course you have tasks that you’re doing every day to gain fitness or lose weight or both.
But I want you to really spend some time this week thinking about what you want.
What is it that you’re working towards? Not just in the day, but in the big picture.
Having a goal focus like that can totally help you stay motivated when the daily tasks start to get boring.
Being motivated to continue working towards that goal is going to get you to the goal!
