Moderation is the name of the exercise game here in Menopauseland, and I have dozens of fun (and amazingly effective!) workouts that are just right for losing weight at our age. All standing, no jumping, and clocking in at just under 30 minutes, these workouts are exactly what you need to get started, stay motivated and find your healthy weight.
