The NOVEMBER🦂 5-day series is chock full of everything you need to feel amazing, take care of your health, and protect your muscles and bones – there’s low impact CARDIO, full body STRENGTH, core-tightening BALANCE and ABS work, and light dumbbell TONING, too. All in quick, doable, 20-ish minute videos!
