This quick and tough cardio HIIT workout is just under ten minutes (including a thorough warm up!), but don’t let the run time fool you – we’re getting an efficient + effective calorie burn with challenging exercises and maximum effort. Perfect for a busy day!
Here are the FAST FACTS: Level THREE | All CARDIO | No Equipment | 125 calories
We’re going with high intensity cardio today, which means that you’re going to need to bring your “A” game. When a workout is this short, there’s no time for lolly-gagging – we’re giving these fast intervals our full effort. (In case you’re wondering, that’s why there’s such a long warm up. It seems counterintuitive to spend so much time on the part of the workout that’s not even the workout, right? But when you’re thoroughly warmed up, you can really go all out on the rest of the routine.)
And, boy, is this an effort!
Knowing that we’re all short on time, I picked a handful of my least favorite, super tough, no-explanation-needed exercises. Why “least favorite”? Because we’re only working out for 10 minutes total, and the intervals are just 15 seconds long! We can do anything for 15 seconds, my friend.
