Running for fun sounds simple, but I still have some advice for you. 😅

The best way to run for life is to:
👉 SET GOALS – and yes, enjoyment is a goal!
👉 VARY YOUR WORKOUTS – even if you love love love to run, it’s a good idea to do other exercises, too (which can help you enjoy running even more!)
👉 ENJOY YOURSELF – this doesn’t even sound like advice, does it? But, seriously, enjoy yourself in whatever way feels best for you
