Well, friends, it’s the beginning of spring and the first week of April already, but you sure wouldn’t know it from the weather we’re having here in northern California! March didn’t really go out like a lamb.
Seasons are funny like that: we expect them to feel a certain way and follow a predictable pattern.
Your body has seasons, too (and I’m not just talking about my peri-menopause temperature fluctuations! 😅) Sometimes, you’re fired up and ready to tackle all your fitness goals, and sometimes you just hunker down and need a little down time.
It’s totally okay to honor your body’s seasons! Everything comes back around. If you’re feeling low right now, you’ll be able to push again soon. And if you’re on top of your game, don’t fret when you need a break in the future.
