We’re going to BOOT CAMP today, my friends, with a fast, sweaty and FUN bodyweight routine that’s mean to tone and trim your whole body without standing up.
NO standing, NO equipment, NO load-bearing, ALL SEATED and super SWEATY! This isn’t your grandmother’s CHAIR WORKOUT, it’s a BOOT CAMP challenge designed for YOU. This non-stop, total body CARDIO + STRENGTH workout uses an EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) protocol for building strength and stamina while SITTING DOWN.
