25 minute SEATED cardio + strength workout for TOTAL BODY fitness

You’re going to love this one, Killer B – a TOTAL BODY workout that tones your muscles and challenges your heart and lungs, all while you’re sitting in a CHAIR! We’re combining fast-paced cardio exercises in long intervals with simple (but not easy!) dumbbell strength moves for a full body burn.

Today is a TOTAL BODY workout that tones your muscles with dumbbells and challenges your heart and lungs, all while you're sitting in a CHAIR!

So grab your dumbbells (I’m using my lightest pair, but you can always set your own challenge) and let’s workout together!

SET UP:
HIIT timer is set for 20 seconds; do the cardio exercises in pairs and rest before and after strength; repeat the circuit 3x

WARM UP:
Arm Circles with High Knees
Arm Crossers with Booty Kickers
Tap Back Windmills

EXERCISES:
Skiers + Hands Up Kickouts
Biceps Curls with Side Raises
V-Reaches + Rainbow Jacks
Press Up Punch Out Combo
Toy Soldiers + Half Jacks
Deadlifts with Low Flys
Kick Jacks + Double Knees
Wide Arm Shoulder Curls

FINISHER:
Two intervals of Weighted Star Bursts
