Timer is set for 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest; complete each circuit 3x

CARDIO TONING CIRCUIT:
Forward Hinge Arm Flappers
Star Bursts
Letter Ks
Frog Reaches

STRENGTH TRAINING CIRCUIT:
