If you’re looking for fast-paced and FUN cardio HIIT workout with an ABS + obliques focus that doesn’t require any floor work, you’ve come to the right place! This full class has a warm up, a cool down and plenty of sweat in between. We’re getting our heart rate up to burn fat and whittling our middles with ab-centric exercises, all while standing up!

HIIT timer is set for 20-second intervals; complete each “stepstool” like a ladder, twice

WARM UP:

Windmills with Back Steps

Side Shuffles with Oblique Crunch
Elbow Touch Can Cans
High Knees

High Skips
Close Squat Swings
Washing Machines

Ice Skaters
