Designed for women over 50, but appropriate for all ages and all fitness levels, we’re taking a handful of low impact cardio exercises at a pace where we can focus on FLEXIBILITY.

Here are the FAST FACTS: ALL Levels | ALL standing, NO jumping, NO equipment, NO repeat | BURN 100 – 150 calories

This gentle effort is perfect for a moderate workout all by itself, or might serve as a warm up for a more intense workout if you choose.
