Hereâs the thing about picking something – itâs harder than you think. Most people, when making New Yearâs resolutions, end up
đ Using language thatâs way too vague
đ Try to pack in too many things
đ Putting the âhowâ before the âwhatâ
đ Settling for less, or
đ Using comparisons
