On the days when you can only squeeze in 10 minutes, you can totally feel like you’ve gotten it done. And if you have 20, 30, 40 or more minutes, I’ve got stackable suggestions to keep you going.
Though I don’t explicitly mention it on the older #HOT100 videos, there will be a hand-picked “stacker” on-screen at the end of every one of these workouts.

On MONDAY, we’re starting the week with a sweet, sweaty KETTLEBELL stack! High heart rate cardio and long lean muscle toning without jumping.
TUESDAY’S all-new Let’s RUN podcast is something very different and I can’t wait to hear what you think of it – we’re doing a RUNNING MEDITATION, with some simple (but maybe not easy) idea prompts from me during an otherwise quiet run.
WEDNESDAY’S workout is a terrific BODYWEIGHT ONLY total body sweatfest, with both cardio and strength and no equipment needed.
On THURSDAY, we’re wearing the exact same outfit I was wearing on Tuesday almost a year later, which really makes me want to go shopping. 🙂 Also? We’re getting in another sweaty CARDIO HIIT session!
And FRIDAY brings us back to strength work, with a fun and challenging DUMBBELL stack. It’s total body sculpting in just ten minutes. Unless you have more time, in which case you can totally #stackyoursweat 👍 👍 👍
