In This Workout:

SET UP:
Interval timer is set for 20 seconds; complete these exercises in “stepstools” of three by starting with one exercise then resting, adding a second exercise then resting, and finally completing all three before resting and moving on to the next set.

Stepstool Two:
Front Push Heel Dig
Diving Airplanes
Letter Ks

Stepstool Three:
Twisting High Knees
Wide Walking Stars
Double Knees

Stepstool Four:
Booty Kicker Elbow Swings
Butter Churns
Cheerleader Kicks

Stepstool Five:
Ding Dongs
Ski Jumpers (no actual jumping involved)
Alley Oops

Stepstool Six:
Chicken Wing Side Kicks
Tricep Curl Downs
Daybreaks

FINISHER: (one entire interval on each side; no rest between intervals)
