SET UP:

The interval timer is set for 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest; complete each circuit twice before moving on

WARM UP

EXERCISES:

Cardio Circuit (no equipment):

  • Middle Skips
  • Punch Down Tap Outs
  • Letter Ks
  • Ding Dongs
  • Forward Hinge Arm Flappers

Balance Circuit (no equipment):

  • Overhead to High Knees
  • Peek a Boo Kicks
  • Side Kick Reach
  • Twisting High Knees
  • Flying Oblique Crunches

Upper Body Circuit (with dumbbells):

  • Press Ups
  • Letter Xs
  • Bent Over Rows
  • Delt Raises
  • High Curls

Lower Body + Abs Circuit (no equipment):

  • Squats
  • Reverse Lunge to High Knees
  • Turn In Lunges with Sumo Squats
  • Twisting Ys
  • Semi-Squatted Cross Body Crunches

FINISHER:
