So many benefits, so little time: Today’s efficient routine helps us get to a HEALTHY WEIGHT by alternating between cardio🧡 and strength💪 — a great combo for calorie-burning.  Plus, it will leave you with loads of energy⚡ to take on the rest of your day! 

I’m using moderate dumbbells, but feel free to go lighter or forego the weights altogether.  As always, NO JUMPING🦘 and NO TRANSITIONS TO THE FLOOR🧎.

Timer is set for intervals of 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of transition time between exercises; go through the circuit twice.
