My friends, this total body tone up workout has it ALL: calorie-burning CARDIO without jumping, body-shaping dumbbell TONING, and core-strengthening ABS. All while STANDING (no planking, no transitions to the ground), and NO repeating exercises! This super efficient + effective workout takes just 30 minutes, and the best part? It’s FUN!

What makes it so fun, you might ask?  Well, it’s actually a very moderately-paced workout (thank goodness!), you’ll probably be amused by my lack of coordination and/or balance, and there’s a surprise visit from my cats which prompts me to tell a story about them.  All in all, it’s a lot like working out in your living room with your talkative best friend.  😅
