Happy, happy Monday!
You know how sometimes Monday rolls around and you want nothing more than to sleep in and do nothing? Not me! I’m always ready to hit it with a hard workout!
And this, my friends, is why the internet needs a sarcasm font. 🙂
But, you know what? I can almost always trick myself into a short workout like today’s TOUGH TONING session. It’s just over ten minutes and honestly? It’s all you need to start your week off on the right (sweaty) foot. And bonus: it’s really gently-paced, so you don’t have to be fully awake when you get started.
